Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue

THE BEST WATERFRONT VIEWS, downtown location, team members, amenities, and rewards program. I stay in hotels nearly year round and insist on waterfront if and when I can. Out of all the fabulous hotels in Naples, and the few being truly waterfront with views from your room, I pick this one over and over! .. even if they don’t allow animals :( For comparison purposes: - The Bayfront next door has similar(ish) views, but no rewards program. - The AC Marriott has the prime location and rooftop bar - but not the same views. They do allow animals though. Going back to why Hyatt House on 5th is my fav: - Love the Peloton and their partnership - the gym overall is nice - onsite laundry. Thank goodness! - free breakfast options and area is nice - gorgeous waterfront pool - onsite restaurant / bar is delicious - look at the view from my room!!! - love being able to walk everywhere from here, including the beach. I usually walk to the beach and back each morning, then drive to the beach if I am actually hanging out like for sunset as it’s between a 20-30 min walk each way but like a 5 minute drive (to Naples Beach at 5th Ave S). PS there are so many wild bunnies on-site!! 😍

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. We were greeted so kindly at the front desk when we arrived our room Was promptly assigned and the staff was so kind everyone we have met at this hotel has gone out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast is phenomenal and Anthony. The manager goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The bar is fantastic and the pool is so refreshing and everything is so clean. I would not ever hesitate to come here. There is a young man from Jamaica his name is DJ That works the front desk and does other miscellaneous chores in the hotel. He is just so friendly and so kind I would come back just to see him.

The hotel is in a great location walking distance to shopping and restaurants. But you don’t even need to leave the hotel, as it offers great food, service, and amenities. Most of all , very clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. Tamara at the front desk greeted us and through the whole weekend she was very professional , friendly and accommodating. Anthony the food and beverage manager is also very accommodating. All is good. I highly recommend staying here. Get a room view of the River.
